Jason Phelps is a developer of people, a worship leader, and a musician with a heart set on helping others live Fully Alive—anchored in their character and awakened to their calling. I serve as the Discipling Director at Gloria Dei in Houston, and as a coach and leadership team member with Disciples Made, where I help equip disciple-makers across church, denominational, and marketplace settings. My mission is to help people grow in character and calling—integrating who they are with what they do—so they can lead lives that multiply transformation in others.Through intentional coaching, community, and Spirit-led development, I walk alongside leaders and everyday followers of Jesus as they discover their unique design, deepen their spiritual rhythms, and live with greater clarity and impact. I believe that when people experience wholeness in Christ, they become catalysts for renewal—carrying that transformation into their homes, workplaces, and communities.
